Amazon CPC Certification Standards for Children's Backpacks: CPSIA + 16 CFR 1500 + CSPA.
The CPC certificate applies to all products primarily intended for children aged 12 and under, such as toys, cradles, children's clothing, etc. If produced locally in the United States, it is the manufacturer's responsibility to provide the certificate; if produced in other countries, the importer must provide it. This means that cross-border sellers, acting as "importers," need to provide the CPC certificate to Amazon, the retailer/distributor, when selling products manufactured in Chinese factories to the United States.
The Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA) stipulates that manufacturers and importers of children's products must provide a written Children's Product Certificate based on test results from a CPSC-accredited laboratory to prove that their products comply with the corresponding children's product safety regulations.

2. Each CPSC children's product safety regulation referenced for the certified product
3. Information of the U.S. importer or manufacturer company requiring certification
4. Report maintenance
5. Product manufacturing date and location
6. Date and location of compliance testing for consumer product safety regulations
7. CPSC-accredited third-party laboratory conducting the required compliance testing for certification
Amazon Requirements: Toy products sold on Amazon must comply with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), meaning the CPC report must be issued by a CPSC-accredited laboratory.
