Bamboo Product Anti-Corrosion, Anti-Insect, and Anti-Mildew Agent

Product Benefits:

Usage Instructions:
1. Treatment Procedure: A. To ensure the anti-mold and anti-insect effect of bamboo and its products after treatment, soaking with iHeir-ZY solution should result in a weight increase of 15% (approximately 5-10 minutes). Note: Prepare the soaking liquid at a ratio of 1:30 (5Kg bamboo preservative : 100Kg water).
B. Fully immerse bamboo and its products in the prepared solution (do not expose above the liquid surface). After achieving a weight increase of 15%-20%, remove and drip off the solution, then air-dry or sun-dry before packaging and storage.
C. The solution prepared with this product is stable and can be reused without disposal. However, when the solution cannot fully submerge bamboo products, promptly add more solution, prepared at a higher concentration ratio.
D. For bamboo and its products with surface-applied varnish (paint), after the above treatment, adding iHeir-YQ paint mildew inhibitor to the varnish will yield more significant results.
2. Packaging and Storage: 25Kg/drum, store in a moisture-proof and light-protected environment, valid for 1 year.

Main Applications:
1. Suitable for insect resistance, anti-mildew, anti-blue stain, and anti-borer protection of bamboo products.
2. Can be widely used for the protection of outdoor bamboo houses, outdoor bamboo fences, bamboo structures, bamboo carving products, and bamboo craft products.

Precautions:
1. This product is acidic, so it should not come into contact or be mixed with metals or alkaline substances.
2. Shake well before use (the presence of floating matter on the surface is a normal phenomenon).
3. This product is non-toxic but has a high solid content. Direct contact with the concentrate may cause skin allergies in some individuals; it is recommended to wear rubber gloves during use.
