I. Product Introduction:

Performance: This waterproofing agent is a solvent-based fluorinated resin, soluble in ethyl acetate, suitable for various types of leather, textiles, and other materials. It provides excellent and durable waterproofing, oil resistance, and anti-staining properties for garment leather, shoe upper leather, and furniture leather. Moreover, the natural characteristics of the leather (color, hand feel, breathability) remain unchanged.

II. Special Features:

Product Appearance: Transparent, yellow liquid

Composition: 30% solid content, 70% ethyl acetate

Density: 1.0 kg/l

Transport and Storage: Red label, flammable material

Storage temperature for DTM-648 should not exceed 50°C (122°F)

and should not be below 0°C (32°F)

Flash Point: Abel (IPI 170/175) -4°C (25°F)

Boiling Point: 77°C (171°F)

Shelf Life: 1 year (calculated from the production date)

III.Usage Method:

Any recommended formulation should be checked for compatibility, solubility, and operability. Typically, spraying equipment can be used. Spraying equipment should be equipped with an exhaust system. Uniform spraying ensures even distribution of the chemical. Apply two cross coats, with the diluted waterproofing agent usage approximately 10-12 grams per square foot. Some dyes are sensitive to certain solvents and may cause slight color changes.

1. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and prolonged inhalation of its vapors or particles. Wash hands frequently before use.

2. When using solvents, follow the supplier's guidelines and take preventive and safety measures.

3. Ensure ventilation when using the waterproofing agent.

4. Packaging: 25 kg/drum. Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.

5. Unused product must be stored in the original packaging drum with the lid tightly closed.
