Product Introduction:
Container drying bars are moisture-absorbing agents that extract humidity from the atmosphere. Their drying principle involves chemically absorbing water molecules and altering their structure to form a different substance. During overseas container shipping or storage, significant day-night temperature differences at sea cause high-temperature, moisture-rich air trapped inside the container during the day to become supersaturated at night as temperatures drop. Containers often experience marine high-temperature climates and substantial day-night temperature variations, ranging from 0°C to 80°C, with humidity levels as high as 98%. This phenomenon is known as condensation. At 30°C, the moisture content in the air is 30.4 g/m³. When the temperature drops from 30°C to 18°C, the water vapor content decreases to 15.4 g/m³. The excess water vapor condenses into liquid, commonly referred to as "container rain," which can severely damage the packaging and appearance of goods. Therefore, a certain quantity of drying bars must be placed to resolve this issue.

Operating Steps:
1. Check the container for any damage, such as holes or cracks in the walls, roof, or floor.
2. Inspect the moisture level of the wooden flooring in the container. If possible, avoid using containers with wood moisture content exceeding 20%, as this increases the risk of dampness. If unavoidable, increase the number of drying bars based on the internal moisture content beyond the recommended amount to ensure cargo safety. Do not use containers with wood moisture levels above 25%.
3. Seal all ventilation holes.
4. Remove the drying bars from their sealed plastic sleeves.
5. Hang the drying bars on the safety hooks inside the container walls and secure the lower ends to the walls with tape.
6. Close the container doors.

If there is no space between the container walls and the cargo to place the drying bars, they can be laid horizontally on top of the goods. However, hanging the drying bars allows for a wider range of moisture absorption within the container. The drying bars absorb moisture and expand in volume, so adequate space is necessary. Do not place objects on top of the drying bars to avoid compression.

1. Spray the inside walls of the container evenly 15-30 minutes before loading. It is recommended to use 500ml per container. Spray an appropriate amount of iHeir-Spray mold prevention antibacterial agent on the outer boxes of each layer of goods before loading the next layer.
2. Place 8-12 container mold prevention bars at the top or sides of the container.
