How to Use iHeir-MA
1. Treatment Operations:
A. To ensure the anti-mold and anti-insect effect after treatment of bamboo, wood, and their products, soaking with iHeir-MA solution should result in a weight gain of 15%-20% for the bamboo and wood products after immersion (approximately 5-10 minutes). Note: Prepare the soaking liquid at a ratio of 1:20 (5Kg of bamboo and wood preservative : 100Kg of water).
B. Fully immerse the bamboo, wood, and their products into the prepared solution (do not expose above the liquid surface). After achieving a weight gain of 15%-20%, remove and drip dry the solution. Air dry or sun dry before packaging and storage.
C. For spraying, dilute with water at a ratio of 1:10, mix evenly, and spray directly onto the surface of bamboo, wood, and their products or apply a layer with a brush. The agent needs to fully cover the bamboo and wood surface.
D. The solution prepared with this product is stable and can be reused without disposal. However, when the solution cannot fully submerge the bamboo and wood products, promptly add more solution. Prepare the supplementary solution at a higher concentration ratio.
E. For bamboo, wood, and their products with surface coatings (paint), after the above treatment, adding iHeir-YQ Paint Mildewcide to the coating will yield more significant results.
2. Packaging and Storage: 25Kg/drum. Store in a moisture-proof, light-protected environment. Valid shelf life is 1 year. Custom packaging is available upon request.

Precautions for iHeir-MA:
This product is non-toxic, but has a relatively high solid content. Contact with the concentrate may cause skin allergies in some individuals; it is recommended to wear rubber gloves during use. Test method for the efficacy of bamboo and wood preservatives against mold and discoloration fungi: GB/T18261-2013. For testing, prepare two pieces of bamboo/wood simultaneously: treat one piece entirely with the cutting board preservative, leave the other untreated or treat with a comparable preservative for contrast. Then package both together and place in a dark, damp location. Observe after about 7-15 days. For rapid testing, directly place the two sets of bamboo/wood into two petri dishes containing agar, then place in a constant temperature and humidity chamber set to 90% RH and 28°C. Results can be obtained within 3-7 days using this method. Free samples are provided for testing.
