Product Introduction:

Usage Instructions:

1. Place the deodorizing and anti-mold sheet into the product packaging box at the same time as the product, and the box should be promptly placed into the outer carton.
2. Damaged or damp outer cartons may affect the anti-mold efficacy. For long-distance transport with risk of rain, add a plastic bag inside the carton for protection.
3. Within 72 hours after sealing the carton, the deodorizing and anti-mold sheet will have destroyed and eliminated mold inside the box, creating a sterile environment. The effect can last for over 12 months before opening.
4. This anti-mold treatment utilizes the gas released by Allyl isothiocyanate (mustard essential oil), leveraging its strong penetration and irritancy as the mechanism. If metal parts are prone to moisture and rust, ensure proper product drying or use biochemical desiccants (anti-mold drying packets).
5. If the sealed carton is opened for inspection after more than 15 days, the gas from the deodorizing and anti-mold sheet will have dissipated, leaving no odor. After inspection, replace with a new Power Pak to ensure continued anti-mold effect.
6. After placing the deodorizing and anti-mold sheet into the packaging box, the gas quickly volatilizes and spreads evenly inside the box, so placement anywhere in the box yields the same effect.

Precautions:

This product is highly irritating. Ensure good ventilation in the workplace during use and wear rubber gloves when handling. Tear open the bag from the notch at the bag opening, then open a small part of the zipper bag—do not open it entirely. The opening should be just large enough to reach in with a hand. For unused portions from the same day's production, tightly seal the zipper bag and lock it. Avoid contact with eyes and nose to prevent excessive irritation; if accidental contact occurs, rinse immediately with water. This high-potency anti-mold sheet has a shelf life of 1 year.
