iHeir AB Eco-friendly Wood Bleach primarily works by reacting with the chromophores in wood pigments, such as carbonyl groups (C=O), vinyl groups (CH2=CH), hydroxyl groups (OH), methoxy groups (-CHO), and carboxyl groups (-COOH), to lighten the wood's original color.

Scope of Application
iHeir AB Eco-friendly Wood Bleach can effectively treat discoloration, stains, and mineral lines in various wood types, including beech, maple, figured wood, birch, cherry, ash, oak, Indonesian whitewood, paulownia, linden, Northeast birch, Southwest birch, rubberwood (Malaysia, Thailand), oak, spruce, red cedar, catalpa, and imported special species. It is suitable for wood boards, flooring, moldings, doors, furniture, crafts, woven products, bamboo items, and rattan products.

Product Features
This product is flame-retardant, safe, non-toxic, residue-free, and has no irritating odor. It bleaches quickly without yellowing, is easy to use, and harmless to humans. After bleaching, the wood retains clear vessels and grain without affecting its fiber or strength. The mixed solution (A+B) remains effective for 24-72 hours and can be reused. Instructions for Use
1. Mix equal parts of Solution A and Solution B in a non-metallic container at a 1:1 ratio. Apply by brushing, soaking, or spraying as required.
2. Allow the bleached wood to dry completely for 24 hours or heat to 40-70°C (depending on wood thickness) to speed up drying to 15-45 minutes. When moisture content is below 12%, sanding can proceed.

Application Requirements
1. For products requiring soaking (e.g., moldings, thin veneers, carved crafts, furniture parts), avoid using cement tanks with acid or alkali to prevent reducing efficacy. Use stainless steel or plastic tanks. Soak veneers vertically and agitate periodically; horizontal placement hinders penetration and affects bleaching results.
2. Soaking time generally ranges from 5 to 90 minutes, depending on wood structure and desired whiteness. Longer soaking yields whiter results. The soaking solution can be reused, with effective operation time exceeding 150 hours after mixing, allowing repeated continuous bleaching until potency diminishes.
3. For surfaces with two tones, use a sponge to apply the mixed bleach to darker areas 1-2 times. After drying, apply a full coat to even out the color difference. This brushing-type wood bleach improves upon traditional methods by reducing strong odor, moisture absorption, yellowing, deformation, cracking, uneven whitening, and damage to human hair. It is ideal for large items like doors, windows, flooring, veneers, and furniture.

Precautions
1. Solutions A and B are matched products; strictly mix at a 1:1 ratio.
2. This product is corrosive; wear gloves during use.
3. Avoid direct skin contact (keep away from children during operation).
4. Ensure good ventilation in the application area.
5. Store in a dry, cool place at 0-43°C.
6. Shelf life: Approximately two years when stored separately.
