Below is a brief introduction to our product processing technology:

1. According to the drawing requirements, process and manufacture the storage tank, smooth the edges and burrs, and then perform sandblasting and rust removal treatment on the inner surface;
2. Sodium treat the 3mm PTFE plate, after natural air drying, apply two coats of adhesive on both the surface and the metal surface of the PTFE-lined storage tank. The adhesive is Taiwan-imported Shih Min Da Ying, which has strong bonding force;
3. Use special processing tools to tightly adhere the 3mm PTFE plate to the anticorrosive surface of the storage tank, ensuring no gaps, otherwise serious quality issues may occur;
4. Use 5mm and 14mm PFA welding rods to weld the overlapping parts of the two PTFE plates. After welding, perform a 15Kv spark test to ensure no intense sparking occurs.
