For those who have not yet used our products and may be skeptical of our claims, let me briefly introduce our fluoroline equipment to help more customers understand our products.

First, let’s take a look at the F4 sheet-lined chemical storage tank and its working environment requirements:

1. Since the lining material is PTFE, the temperature must be controlled within 210°C;
2. Operation under full vacuum conditions is prohibited;
3. Suitable for strong acids and alkalis.
PTFE-lined storage tanks and PTFE-lined immersion tanks processing techniques:
1. Process and manufacture the storage tank according to the drawings, with internal fillet welds polished smooth;
2. Sandblasting of the inner surface (iron sand must be used for sandblasting to achieve SA3.0 grade, with a surface roughness of 130μm);
3. Sodium treatment of the PTFE sheet;
4. Apply Shimmingda hard glue evenly on both the storage tank and the PTFE sheet, with at least two coats each;
5. After the glue air-dries naturally, heat the PTFE sheet and use specialized tools to manually press and smoothly cover the equipment surface;
6. Trim the joints of the PTFE sheets into a "V" groove;
7. Weld the groove with PFA round strips, then level the welded strips with the PTFE sheet, and weld again with wide PFA welding strips;
8. Perform a 15KV spark test on the equipment; if no breakdown occurs, the product is qualified.

Advantages of the company’s production process: strong corrosion resistance, equipment can be made infinitely large, no micro-reactions between PTFE sheets and materials, sheet lining is more cost-effective compared to spraying and roller coating, offering high cost-performance and wide market usage;
Thickness: 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, with 3mm being the standard thickness;
Temperature resistance: -40°C to 120°C, positive pressure 6 kg, negative pressure resistance 0.2 kg at room temperature;
PFA hot-air welding is used between PTFE sheets.
