The specific process is as follows:

1. The tank body is formed according to the drawings.
2. The completed steel-lined PTFE storage tank undergoes internal surface sandblasting (Note: sandblasting must be done with iron sand).
3. The raw PTFE sheet undergoes two sodium treatments.
4. Two coats of adhesive are applied to both the PTFE sheet and the storage tank surface, ensuring even application.
5. PTFE sheet application: During application, the PTFE sheet is heated, and using professional tools, manual force is applied to smoothly press the PTFE sheet onto the equipment surface.
6. The joints between two PTFE sheets are trimmed into a V-shaped groove.
7. The groove is welded using PFA round strips, and the welded strips are leveled with the PTFE sheet. Then, wider PFA welding strips are used for welding.
8. The entire equipment is tested with a 15kV spark tester.
