1. The resin column equipment is an industrial device used for separating and purifying liquids. It primarily utilizes the adsorption and exchange functions of resin to remove impurities and pollutants from liquids. This equipment is widely used in water treatment, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and other industries.

2. Equipment Composition and Structure
The resin column equipment mainly consists of the following parts:
(1) Cylindrical glass or acrylic column, serving as the channel for resin filling and liquid passage.
(2) Sealing plugs at both ends, used to seal the top and bottom of the glass column and connect the inlet and outlet.
(3) Inlet pipe, connected to the top of the glass column, used to inject liquid into the column.
(4) Outlet pipe, connected to the bottom of the glass column, used to discharge the purified liquid.
(5) Exhaust pipe, connected to the top of the glass column, used to expel air from the column.
(6) Resin filling port, connected to the side of the glass column, used to fill resin into the column.

3.PTFE-lined ion exchange column Operation Process and Steps

(1) Check if the equipment is intact and ensure all components of the steel-lined PTFE resin column and PTFE-lined ion exchange column are securely connected.
(2) Fill the column with an appropriate amount of resin, typically 70%-80% of the glass column's volume.
(3) Connect the inlet pipe, outlet pipe, and exhaust pipe to the top, bottom, and side of the glass column, respectively.
(4) Open the inlet pipe valve and inject the liquid to be treated into the glass column.
(5) Observe the liquid flowing out from the outlet pipe. When the quality of the outflowing liquid meets the requirements, close the outlet pipe valve.
(6) Close the inlet pipe valve, open the exhaust pipe valve, and expel the air from the glass column.
(7) Close the exhaust pipe valve and store the equipment properly for future use.
