Steel-Lined PTFE Resin Trap 304 stainless steel PTFE-lined ion exchange column, PTFE-lined resin column, works by treating water flow through ion exchange resin, where ions in the water exchange with ions on the resin, thereby achieving the purpose of purifying water quality.

Resin columns can be categorized into four types based on different usage requirements and water flow directions: single-bed or multi-bed type, mixed-bed type, floating-bed type, and double-layer bed type, each with its own characteristics.

2. Equipment Composition and Structure
The resin column equipment mainly consists of the following parts:
(1) Cylindrical glass column or acrylic column, serving as the channel for resin filling and liquid passage.
(2) Sealing plugs at both ends, used to seal the upper and lower ends of the glass column and connect the inlet and outlet.
(3) Inlet pipe, connected to the upper end of the glass column, used to inject liquid into the column.
(4) Outlet pipe, connected to the lower end of the glass column, used to discharge the purified liquid.
(5) Exhaust pipe, connected to the upper end of the glass column, used to vent air from the column.
(6) Resin filling port, connected to the side of the glass column, used to fill the column with resin.

3. 304 Stainless Steel PTFE-Lined Ion Exchange Column PTFE-Lined Resin Column Steel-Lined PTFE Resin Trap Operation Process and Steps

(1) Check that the equipment is intact and confirm that all components of the steel-lined PTFE resin column, PTFE-lined ion exchange column, are securely connected.
(2) Fill the column with an appropriate amount of resin, generally filling to 70%-80% of the glass column's volume.
(3) Connect the inlet pipe, outlet pipe, and exhaust pipe to the upper end, lower end, and side of the glass column, respectively.
(4) Open the inlet valve to inject the liquid to be treated into the glass column.
(5) Observe the liquid flowing out from the outlet pipe; when the quality of the outflowing liquid meets the requirements, close the outlet valve.
(6) Close the inlet valve, open the exhaust valve to vent air from the glass column.
(7) Close the exhaust valve and store the equipment properly for next use.

4. Safety Warnings and Precautions
(1) Wear protective equipment such as gloves and masks before operation.
(2) Check that the equipment and all components are intact; replace any damaged parts promptly.
(3) Open and close valves slowly during operation to avoid splashing from liquid impact or bursting due to excessive pressure.
(4) If the quality of the liquid flowing out from the outlet pipe does not meet requirements, stop operation and check the cause promptly.
(5) If abnormal situations occur during use, such as unusual odors or leaks, stop the machine immediately and inspect.
