Next, let me briefly introduce our company's production process for steel-lined PTFE storage tanks:
1. Based on CAD drawings, form the tank body of the steel-lined F4 storage tank. After completion, smooth out any internal burrs and sharp edges.
2. Perform sandblasting to remove rust from the interior of the tank. Use iron grit for sandblasting, ensuring it meets the Sa2.5 grade standard, with a surface roughness of 3–5μm.
3. Sodium treat the purchased PTFE sheets to enhance their adhesion and hydrophilicity, ensuring they bond tightly with the PTFE-lined storage tank body.
4. Apply Shimin Dahard adhesive evenly to both the PTFE sheets and the interior of the tank. Apply at least four coats, ensuring uniform coverage without any missed areas.
5. Once the adhesive has dried, cut the PTFE sheets according to the shape of the storage tank to optimize material usage and minimize waste.
6. Heat the cut sheets and use specialized tools to press them onto the tank walls, ensuring a tight bond.
7. Bevel the overlapping edges of the PTFE sheets into a V-groove to facilitate the next step of welding.
8. Clean the dust from the grooves with a damp cloth, then use hot air welding equipment. First, weld with PFA round strips, then flatten the welded strips with the PTFE sheets. Finally, weld with PFA wide strips.
9. Use a 15kV spark tester to inspect the entire equipment. If no breakdown occurs, the product is qualified.
10. After smoothing the exterior of the sheet-lined PTFE storage tank, apply two coats of paint for a more aesthetically pleasing finish. The paint color can be customized.
