I. System Introduction

The system adopts intelligent equipment integrating power distribution, control, energy saving, safety alarms, and fieldbus communication.

It efficiently monitors and manages mechanical and electrical equipment such as air conditioning/fresh air units, ventilation and exhaust systems, water supply and drainage in buildings.

By employing energy-saving control strategies and fieldbus technology, the system reduces the operational energy consumption of building mechanical and electrical equipment.

The building equipment energy-saving controller should be installed in the power distribution cabinet of the controlled equipment, integrating secondary circuits such as relays within the relevant power cabinet.

II. Air Conditioning and Fresh Air Unit System

Monitors the actual electrical power, supply/return air temperature, CO2 concentration, etc., of the unit.

Automatically adjusts the opening of cold/hot water valves and fresh/return air valves to effectively control the system's fresh/return air ratio, total fresh/return air volume, cold/hot water flow, and fan efficiency under different seasons and operating conditions.

YCS-7000MF Fan Energy-saving Controller

Monitors the actual electrical power of ventilation and exhaust fans, with interlocked startup of fans and fire dampers. Energy-saving operation of fans is automatically controlled by the controller through intermittent operation, local exhaust, and CO concentration in basements.

Smoke exhaust combined with ventilation fans prioritize fire protection, automatically switching to high-speed operation upon fire alarm input and stopping other ventilation and exhaust fans.

For supply and exhaust fans in equipment rooms, refer to the ventilation control requirements.

Water Supply and Drainage System

YCS-7000MB Water Pump Energy-saving Controller

Automatically controls the start/stop of water pumps based on corresponding liquid level signals, selects start/stop pumps based on cumulative operating time, and provides motor protection, energy efficiency evaluation, and energy-saving control.

Elevator System

Monitors the operating, fault, ascending, descending, and other statuses of the elevator system.

III. Building Equipment Energy-saving Control and Management System Software

The software monitors and controls the operating conditions, energy consumption status, and operational efficiency of building mechanical and electrical equipment in real-time. Data on equipment operation and faults are summarized and stored in the system database. It features data security protection with different levels of passwords and uses a graphical interface to centrally and effectively monitor mechanical and electrical equipment and environmental parameters.
