Yachuan Electric's intelligent lighting control system uses a standard 2×2×0.8 EIB KNX bus cable to connect all intelligent lighting control modules together, forming a complete control system. V. Architecture of Intelligent Lighting Control System
In the KNX intelligent lighting control system, all devices are interconnected via bus cables (2×2×0.8 four-core wire). Modules that need to be installed in distribution boxes mainly include: bus power supply, switch actuators, dimming actuators, IP gateways, couplers, timing modules, etc. These modules are installed using 35mm standard rails.
Modules that need to be installed at control sites mainly include sensors, panels, and touchscreens. Sensors, as automatic control sensing modules, are embedded in corridors. Manual control devices such as panels and touchscreens can be wall-mounted in rooms, duty rooms, and other control sites.
For small and simply laid-out projects, a 10-inch central control screen can be used. It connects directly to the system via bus cables without the need for an IP gateway protocol conversion, making setup simple and cost-effective. For medium to large projects, it can be connected to a computer via an Ethernet cable from the IP gateway, enabling terminal remote control through control software installed on the computer. Our self-developed intelligent lighting monitoring software, from the user's perspective, offers flexible and configurable operations, such as self-modification of circuit names, self-definition of scenes, and self-editing of timing, making it user-friendly and convenient. By sending wireless signals through an external router, remote control can also be achieved on mobile devices like phones and tablets.
VI. Common Products of Intelligent Lighting Control System:
Switch actuators: 4-channel, 6-channel, 8-channel, and 12-channel switch actuators control the switching of high-power circuits, with loads that can be capacitive, resistive, or inductive. They also feature timing, preset, scene, and threshold functions.
In addition to the above functions, switch actuators also have current detection capabilities, allowing fault judgment in circuits through threshold settings.
KNX bus power supply: The power module supplies power to the bus, couples bus signals, and monitors the current of the KNX/EIB system. Additionally, this series of power supplies provides a 30V auxiliary DC voltage to power other peripherals (such as touchscreens, IP gateways, etc.).
Intelligent panels: Used to receive button press signals, they can distinguish between short and long presses and, combined with different parameter configurations, achieve functions such as switching, dimming, scenes, curtain control, temperature adjustment, and alarms.
Infrared sensors: Designed with human infrared detection, ceiling-embedded installation, infrared human detection, near-hidden design, and automatic management of lighting, switching, dimming, and scenes. Functional features include four-in-one detection of infrared + illuminance + temperature + humidity, automatic management of lighting and air conditioning,
KNX multifunctional bus control gateway: Features coupler functionality to couple different KNX branches; comes with 4 customizable RS485 interfaces, 3 IR interfaces, 4 I/O interfaces, and 8 TCP/IP interfaces; communicates with the host computer WINCONTROL intelligent lighting system integrated control software; includes clock timing management: freely define KNX branch scene clock management, add specific occasion time control, and schedule lighting timing switches via a timetable; the system comes with a calendar, allowing arbitrary selection of year, month, day, week, and specific day settings, with up to 2048 event time management settings;

Manual control: By installing intelligent panels or touchscreens in controlled areas, achieve on/off or brightness adjustment control for controlled circuit loads.
Automatic control: Based on changes in the external environment detected by various sensors (such as microwave sensors, human motion sensors, etc.) installed in controlled areas, automatically issue corresponding control signals to achieve automatic control of controlled circuit loads.
Scene control: According to different scene control needs, the system can preset multiple scene control modes and switch freely between them.
Timing control: The system automatically controls lighting according to preset operating times, ensuring minimal energy consumption during non-working hours.
Centralized control: The system can centrally control all loads in controlled areas and monitor the on/off status of all controlled circuits in real time. This control method makes lighting control more convenient, efficient, and labor-saving.

Users can independently modify circuit names, scenes, and other text descriptions in the central control software.
