ECS-7000S Energy Management Software
The system consists of a cluster main control cabinet, equipment energy-saving controllers, sensors, transmitters, and actuators.
Transmitters and actuators are connected to their respective equipment energy-saving controllers, which are then connected to the cluster control main cabinet via a field communication bus.
The cluster main control consists of the system host and software, LCD operation screen, core algorithm controller, equipment energy-saving controllers, gateway, networking devices, etc. The cluster control main cabinet has multiple standard output interfaces such as BACnet, MODBUS, RTDS, and OPC real-time database.
Equipment energy-saving controllers include chiller energy-saving controllers, pump group energy-saving controllers, cooling tower energy-saving controllers, etc.
Equipment energy-saving controllers can directly start and stop the equipment.
Sensors, transmitters, and actuators include outdoor temperature and humidity transmitters, water pipe temperature transmitters, water pipe pressure transmitters, water pipe flow transmitters, various electric valves and actuators, etc.
Control Requirements
For the air-cooled heat pump system, collect the supply and return water temperature, pressure, flow rate of the air conditioning system's chilled (warm) water, as well as the ambient temperature. Control the startup and shutdown sequence of units, chilled water circulation pumps, and related valves.
The intelligent controller calculates the actual cooling load of the air conditioning system and determines the number of units, chilled water circulation pumps, and other corresponding equipment to start or stop based on the load.
Control the minimum flow rate of the chiller to be no less than 0.9 m/s. When the actual flow rate on the chiller side measured by the chilled water pump flow meter reaches the lower limit, adjust the opening of the chilled water bypass valve based on the chilled water supply and return pressure difference signal.
Meet the flow demand at the load end while ensuring a constant minimum flow rate on the chiller side. The chiller's electric shutoff valve uses an equal proportion control valve to achieve slow opening, ensuring that the water flow rate does not increase too rapidly.
Monitoring and Control Functions
Switch control of related electric butterfly valves on the chilled water pipeline of the refrigeration unit.
Monitoring of chilled water supply and return temperature, pressure, and flow rate.
Monitoring of the working status, faults, and manual/automatic status of refrigeration units and chilled water circulation pumps.
Metering, Testing, Analysis, and Communication Functions
Meter, test, and collect various operating parameters and status information, and display, record, and print them.
Analyze metering and testing data for reports, historical and dynamic trend analysis, and necessary load forecasting.
Transmit information stored on floppy disks or abnormal alarms via the network, input and reset control parameters from external sources, be compatible with BAS and chiller controllers, input the operating status and parameters of the chiller controller via the network, and control the chiller to achieve unattended operation.
Other Functions
Alternate operation of chillers and pumps, automatic fault reset, and parameter reset, etc.
Time, important parameters, and fault alarms.
The system monitoring, measurement, and metering items have the following main functions:
Outdoor air dry-bulb temperature, wet-bulb temperature, and relative humidity.
Opening degree of electric regulating valves and the opening status of electric valves.
Operating parameters such as chilled and cooling water outlet temperature in the unit; voltage and current of the unit.
Power consumption during various periods, unit power consumption; unit cooling capacity, system cooling supply.
Accumulated cooling capacity and operating time of the unit.
Various data statistical tables and curves.
