Air-Cooled Heat Pump Air Conditioning Energy-Saving Cloud Control Management System:
The ECS-7000 chiller air conditioning system cools and refrigerates by circulating chilled water to the chiller. The chilled water supply is distributed to air conditioning users via a water separator, and the return water is collected through a header and returned to the chilled water system circulation pump for recycling. The system is equipped with a circulating water replenishment device. The cooling circulating water is filtered by the cooling water strainer, then circulated by the cooling water pump to the chiller to remove heat generated during the refrigeration process. After being cooled by the cooling tower, it returns to the cooling water circulation pump for recycling.

Refrigeration Room Cluster Control SystemComposition:
The system consists of a cluster main control cabinet, equipment energy-saving controllers, sensors, transmitters, and actuators.
① The cluster control main cabinet has multiple standard output interfaces such as IP, BACnet, MODBUS, RTDS, and OPC real-time database.
② Equipment energy-saving controllers include chiller energy-saving controllers, pump group energy-saving controllers, cooling tower energy-saving controllers, etc. These controllers can directly start and stop the equipment.
③ Transmitters and actuators are connected to their respective equipment energy-saving controllers. The controllers are connected to the cluster control main cabinet via a field communication bus. The cluster main control consists of the system host and software, LCD operation screen, core algorithm controller, equipment energy-saving controllers, gateways, and networked devices.
Sensors, transmitters, and actuators include outdoor temperature and humidity transmitters, water pipe temperature transmitters, water pipe pressure transmitters, water pipe flow transmitters, various electric valves, and actuators.
They enable the start/stop and flow regulation of related equipment, maintaining the secondary side water supply temperature within the required control range.
ControlImplementation:
(1) Automatically control the number of chillers operating based on the system cooling load and the chiller load rate.
(2) Chillers and chilled water pumps correspond one-to-one, with interlocking between chillers and electric two-way valves on the chilled water outlet pipes.
(3) Control the number of operating air conditioning chilled water pumps, cooling water pumps, and cooling towers.
(4) Start/stop sequence control for chillers, chilled water pumps, cooling water pumps, and cooling towers: Start sequence: relevant electric butterfly valves → cooling tower fans → cooling water pumps → chilled water pumps → chillers. Shutdown sequence: reverse of the start sequence.
Monitoring and Control Functions
(1) Monitor the status of relevant flow switches on the chilled and cooling water pipelines of the refrigeration units.
(2) Control the opening and closing of relevant electric butterfly valves on the chilled and cooling water pipelines of the refrigeration units.
(3) Monitor and control the temperature, pressure, and flow of primary chilled water pumps/supply and return water; monitor and control the temperature and pressure of cooling water supply and return water.
(4) Monitor and control the temperature, pressure, and flow of secondary chilled water pumps/supply and return water.
(5) Monitor the operation, fault, and manual/auto status of refrigeration units, chilled water circulation pumps, cooling water circulation pumps, and cooling towers; control their start and stop.
(6) Monitor the operation and fault status of constant pressure makeup water pumps.
(7) Monitor the operation, fault, and manual/auto status of heat exchange hot water pumps; control their start and stop.
(8) Monitor the temperature and pressure of primary/secondary side supply and return water in heat exchangers.
(9) Connect to the system via a gateway using the boiler's reserved communication interface (requires manufacturer provision).
(10) Monitor the operation and fault status of boiler hot water circulation pumps.
Metering, Testing Analysis, and Communication Functions:
Meter, test, and collect various operating parameters and status information for display, recording, and printing;
Analyze metering and test data for reports, historical and dynamic trend analysis, and necessary load forecasting.
Transmit information stored on the hard drive or abnormal alarms via the network; input and reset external control parameters; compatible with BAS and chiller controllers; input chiller operating status and parameters via the network and control the chiller to achieve unattended operation.
