Water Supply and Drainage System

Automatically controls pump start/stop based on corresponding liquid level signals, automatically selects pumps to start/stop based on cumulative operating time, motor protection, energy efficiency evaluation, and energy-saving control.

Building Equipment Monitoring and Energy Management System Software

The software monitors and controls the operating conditions, energy consumption status, and operating efficiency of the building's electromechanical equipment in real-time. Relevant equipment operation, fault information, and energy consumption data are summarized and stored in the system database.

It features data security protection with different levels of passwords and uses a graphical interface to centrally and effectively monitor electromechanical equipment and environmental parameters. Based on historical records of building operation, it manages and analyzes current and past operating processes to generate trend reports. The system platform has multiple standard output interfaces such as TCP/IP, MODBUS, and RTDS real-time database.

The system uses peer-to-peer communication and has bus fault status monitoring functionality. When the central operating station stops working, controlled equipment on-site can still achieve interoperability and local control.
