III. BA Monitoring Scope
The Building Automation System mainly includes air conditioning systems, water supply and drainage systems, power supply and distribution systems, lighting systems, elevator systems, cold and heat source monitoring systems, supply and exhaust air monitoring systems, and fan coil unit monitoring systems.
1. Air Conditioning System Monitoring Function: The air conditioning system in an intelligent building refers to equipment such as air handling units, fresh air units, variable air volume units, and fan coil units.

Supply and Exhaust Air System Monitoring Function: The supply and exhaust air systems within the building are uniformly managed and can be operated by DDC controllers according to pre-set time programs.
