System Function Description:
2. The system adopts intelligent equipment integrating power distribution, control, energy saving, safety alarms, and fieldbus communication.
It efficiently monitors and manages the building's air conditioning/fresh air units, ventilation and exhaust, water supply and drainage, elevators, lighting, and other electromechanical equipment.
The system uses energy-saving control strategies and fieldbus technology to reduce the operating energy consumption of building electromechanical equipment.
3. Air Conditioning/Fresh Air Unit System
Monitors the actual electrical power of the unit, supply and return air temperature, and CO2 concentration.
Automatically adjusts the cold/hot water valve and fresh/return air damper opening to effectively control the system's fresh/return air ratio, total fresh/return air volume, cold/hot water flow, and fan efficiency under different seasons and operating conditions.
4. Ventilation, Exhaust, and Smoke Exhaust Combined with Ventilation Fans
Ventilation and exhaust fans monitor the actual electrical power of the fan. The fan and fire damper are interlocked for startup. Energy-saving operation of the fan is automatically controlled by the controller through intermittent operation, local exhaust, and CO concentration in the basement.
Smoke exhaust combined with ventilation fans prioritize fire protection. When a fire alarm signal is input, they automatically switch to high-speed operation and stop other ventilation and exhaust fans.
For supply and exhaust fans in equipment rooms, refer to the HVAC control requirements.
5. Water Supply and Drainage System
Automatically controls pump start/stop based on corresponding liquid level signals, automatically selects start/stop pumps based on cumulative operating time, motor protection, energy efficiency evaluation, and energy-saving control. For related control requirements, refer to the power system diagram.
6. Elevator System
Monitors the operating, fault, ascending, descending, and other statuses of the elevator system.
7. Public Lighting
Schedule control.
Monitors indoor illuminance and human movement to control the number of lighting circuits turned on in the area.
On-site, intelligent lighting scene control panels can be set to control various three-dimensional combinations of on-site lighting in terms of angle, brightness, color, etc., meeting the needs of lighting scenes in different periods and occasions.
8. Building Equipment Energy-saving Control and Management System Software
The software monitors and controls the operating conditions and efficiency of building electromechanical equipment in real time.
Data such as related equipment operation and fault information are summarized and stored in the system database.
It features data security protection with different levels of passwords and centralized graphical interface for effective monitoring of electromechanical equipment and environmental parameters.
Based on the building's operational history, it manages and analyzes current and past operational processes, generating trend reports.
9. The system platform has multiple standard output interfaces such as TCP/IP, MODBUS, and RTDS real-time database.
10. The system uses peer-to-peer communication and has bus fault status monitoring function. When the central operating station stops working, controlled devices on-site can achieve interoperability and local control.
11. The Building Equipment Energy-saving Control and Management System shall be implemented only after detailed design based on final drawings is approved by the design institute.
