The large pallet automatic welding machine utilizes the drawer-type hot plate welding principle, employing a temperature-controlled heating plate to weld plastic parts. The plastic pallet automatic welding machine is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) and a touch screen human-machine interface (HMI). The movement of each cylinder is driven by pneumatic pressure, offering easy operation, reliable performance, and compact dimensions, thereby enhancing production efficiency and quality. To facilitate the welding of large parts and improve the operability of special welding components, the main machine base plate can be equipped with a sliding plate device, allowing the lower mold to extend out of the main machine cavity for easier loading of workpieces and enhanced operational safety.

Equipment Frame
• Equipment dimensions: (Length) 6764 × (Width) 3860 × (Height) 2755 MM
• The frame is welded using high-quality domestic A3 rectangular square tubes δ5X60X100MM, with a surface spray coating treatment. The door panels are processed by CNC bending machines and punch presses, followed by surface spray coating.
• The outer cover parts are made of cold-rolled sheet material, precisely processed and formed according to the dimensions of different positions.
• Except for parts that have undergone anti-rust treatment, all other surfaces are spray-coated, and the color can be customized according to customer requirements.
• Equipped with an independent electrical control box, with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic control cabinets separated.

Hot Plate Moving Mechanism
• The moving heating mechanism consists of cylinders, chains, slider guides, hot plates, and other components. A chain motor serves as the power source, driving the hot plate mechanism to move linearly along two slider guides.
• Hot plate components: Composed of hot molds and heating plates. The hot molds and heating plates are connected to the hot plate moving mechanism via quick positioning and fastening mechanisms. The upper and lower hot mold materials are copper/aluminum alloy.
• The structural feature: The hot plate moves smoothly with minimal movement clearance. The hot plate mechanism includes heating plates, upper and lower hot molds, and a quick connection mechanism for fixing the hot molds to the heating plate, enabling efficient and rapid replacement of different products, optimizing its application range, and improving production efficiency.

Hot Plate Mold
• The hot plate mold template is connected to the moving plate of the equipment using bolts.
• The hot plate modules adopt a single-point independent temperature control method, allowing each module to be individually adjusted and controlled.
• Uses integrated electric heating cartridges and thermocouples in electric heating modules, with a power rating of 5500W.
• The fixed hole positions of the mold template are based on the 3D product drawings of the welded pallets, ensuring positioning accuracy through CNC machining.
