High-frequency welding machine for car mats

I. What is the automotive floor mat high-frequency welding machine used for?

It is mainly used for the welding of anti-slip pads, edge pressing, and leather wear-resistant sheets for automotive floor mats/carpets/rubber mats, as well as the edge sealing process of rubber mats. Different product sizes require molds of various shapes. For the automotive floor mat industry, the recommended machine power options are 8KW, 10KW, and 15KW. Depending on the welding requirements of automotive floor mat materials, hydraulic equipment is recommended for stable and durable welding.　　

New welding equipment for main and auxiliary floor mats has been developed specifically for automatic transmission small car carpets and mats. One machine is designed with two different power levels: 15KW for the main floor mat welding and 8KW for the auxiliary floor mat welding. II. Features of the high-frequency machine for automotive floor mats:
1. Upper platen: 550*1000, base plate: 650*1100. The upper electrode plate is equipped with three heating plates, ensuring good flatness. Four guide columns are positioned on each side, sufficiently thick and stable. The stroke of the upper and lower plates is 200.
2. The height from the ground to the worktable is 850. A tuner box is installed with two buttons at the front; pressing both buttons simultaneously activates the machine. An emergency stop switch, mushroom-shaped, is located in the center. The upper platen is surrounded by an acrylic protective cover, which is as flat as the platen itself.
3. Frequency: Stable current, frequency within 30MHz.
4. Slide rails use linear guides, and the flatness of the slide plate is post-processed to 0.1mm. Triple grounding is implemented.
5. Digital temperature control and digital time relay.
