The WXZJ-Cu Series Online Copper Ion Analyzer is used for online automatic continuous analysis and detection of copper in industrial wastewater, surface water, drinking water, seawater, and industrial process control.

★ Optical components: Adopts a dual-beam system rarely used in domestic online monitoring instruments, unaffected by various environmental factors during detection. Automatically corrects system errors, improving measurement accuracy, stability, and repeatability.
★ Selection valve components: Uses original imported components from the United States, Japan, or Germany. Mainstream international fluid components with smaller dead volume and simpler operation.
★ Metering components: Achieves precise reagent measurement through a visual photoelectric system, overcoming quantitative errors caused by peristaltic pump tube wear; simultaneously enables precise micro-reagent dosing, with each dose only 1-5 ml, greatly reducing reagent usage.
★ Sampling components: Negative pressure suction by peristaltic pump, with an air buffer always present between the reagent and the pump tube, avoiding corrosion of the pump tube.
★ Sealed digestion components: High-temperature and high-pressure digestion system accelerates the reaction process, overcoming corrosion from volatile corrosive gases in open systems.

6. Data from online mode (i.e., automatic mode) and offline mode (i.e., manual mode) are stored independently. Offline mode data is not uploaded to the data collector, avoiding impact on uploaded data during instrument maintenance.
