I. Main Features ◆ User-Friendly Interface Design The LC72-TUR Turbidity Meter features a 320×240 ultra-large dot matrix LCD display (currently the highest resolution dot matrix LCD in the industry) with a fully Chinese operation menu. Even without the manual, users can easily and intuitively operate the device. The display interface simultaneously shows the current turbidity value, alarm status, cleaning status, current output, communication status, and other information. ◆ Data Recording Function The LC72-TUR Turbidity Meter includes a data logging function, serving as a replacement for paperless recorders. The recording interval can be set from 10 minutes to 24 hours. Recorded values can be reviewed by entering the corresponding page number to check data from different time periods. ◆ Password Protection for Operation Any configuration or calibration of the LC72-TUR Turbidity Meter requires a password, effectively preventing misuse by operators. ◆ Anti-Interference Current Output Most similar products suffer from unstable current output, especially when used in environments with frequency converters or PLCs, where the output fluctuates uncontrollably. Our LZ-7120D model employs a new circuit design and high-speed optocoupler isolation technology to completely resolve current output instability. ◆ Factory Reset Function If users are unsure whether the device’s settings or calibration data are correct, they can perform a factory reset in the corresponding operation interface to restore the device to its original factory state (this feature is exclusive to Laner’s instruments). ◆ Multiple Special Function Settings The LC72-TUR Turbidity Controller offers various unique function settings, including online value correction, factory reset, and four sets of relay control, among others. ◆ Audible and Visual Feedback for Key Operations In addition to the keypress sound feedback found in older models, the LC72-TUR Turbidity Controller also features blue high-brightness LED visual feedback. This is particularly advantageous in noisy industrial environments. ◆ Programmable Analog Output Range The LC72-TUR Turbidity Controller comes standard with one 4–20mA output and supports an optional second 4–20mA output. Both outputs are programmable, allowing users to set the output range. The factory default is zero to full scale, but any range within the full scale can be customized. Both outputs can also be set for reverse output (20.00–4.00mA). ◆ Two Independent Relay Hysteresis Values The LC72-TUR Turbidity Controller is designed with two independent relay hysteresis values, addressing the conflict of using a single hysteresis value for different controls. The high and low points have separate hysteresis values, labeled Hd and Ld. ◆ Optional Four Relay Outputs The LC72-TUR Turbidity Controller supports up to four optional relay outputs, enabling control of up to six dosing devices. ◆ Automatic Data Check upon Startup After powering on, the device automatically checks whether stored data falls within the normal range. If not, it automatically restores factory settings to ensure error-free operation.
