XGH Type Rotary Rake Bar Screen
◎ Overview
The XGH type rotary rake bar screen is a continuous automatic cleaning device developed based on summarizing and analyzing the usage of domestic original water intake trash interception and cleaning machinery, digesting and absorbing advanced foreign cleaning technology, making it more suitable for China's national conditions.
The XGH type rotary rake bar screen is an ideal pretreatment equipment for water intake at large and medium-sized water supply and drainage engineering facilities. It is widely used for the pretreatment of rainwater and sewage in urban and planned communities, as well as for removing debris from water intakes in water plants, sewage treatment plants, power plants, and steel plants, achieving the purpose of reducing the processing load of subsequent procedures.
Working Principle and Structure
The rotary rake bar screen mainly consists of a drive mechanism, frame assembly, transmission chain, rake tooth set, bar screen, bottom bar screen, and other components.
The reducer drives the sprocket to rotate the chain rake traction system, causing the rake teeth between the traction chains to move along. Since each rake tooth is inserted into the bar screen, it effectively rakes the intercepted debris to the upper limit position of the frame. During the chain reversal process, the debris falls by gravity into the next process equipment. A small amount of debris adhering to the rake teeth is cleaned by a specially designed cleaning mechanism.

5. Fully automatic electrical protection control, automatic control method is time plus water level control, with a reserved PLC interface, providing convenience for unmanned management.

7. Supplied as a complete unit, easy installation and debugging. It is the most widely used equipment among various essential bar screens for water intakes.
