Overview of the Fully Automatic Dry Powder Dosing Device:

The flocculant preparation device is a system that automatically and continuously dissolves and stores powdered materials for dosing. The entire process, from powder to prepared solution, achieves automatic, continuous, and safe operation.

Powder enters the mixer from the hopper, is moistened by water, then enters the dissolution tank for dilution. After dilution, it moves into the maturation tank and then into the storage tank. The storage tank is equipped with high and low level sensors. When the liquid level reaches the warning thresholds, the sensors send an alarm signal, initiating the solution preparation process again. The controller monitors the water volume and calculates the required input based on the desired solution concentration, thereby adjusting the powder dosing.

● The flocculant equipment consists of a dry powder dosing system, a dissolution water system, a storage and mixing system, a control system, and a chemical dosing system.

▲ Powder feeding system: Composed of a screw feeder motor, heater, solenoid valve, level switch, hopper, suction device, and storage tank.

▲ Dissolution water system: Composed of shut-off valves, pressure regulating valves, solenoid valves, flow meters, and related pipelines and valves.

▲ Storage and mixing system: Composed of a combined tank, agitator, and level switch. The combined tank: Three mixing tanks made of stainless steel or UPVC, divided into preparation, maturation, and storage sections. The tanks are equipped with baffles and use an overflow mixing method.

▲ Control system:

Its functions are as follows:

1. Controls the start and stop of the system;

2. Monitors the system's operating status and displays it on the screen;

3. Detects faults during system operation and displays fault information;

4. Collects system operating parameters and displays their values;

5. Has remote control functionality, capable of receiving upper-level control signals to start or stop field equipment;

6. Provides passive control nodes: including start/stop, running, and fault.

▲ Chemical dosing system: Composed of dosing pumps, dilution devices, flow meters, and related valves and pipelines.

● System Features:

1. Although the flow rate constantly changes, the proportional concentration remains unchanged.

2. Chemical solution concentration: 0.05%-0.5%.

3. The dry powder does not clump. An automatic heater is installed in the dry powder dosing system to prevent the powder from becoming damp and clogging the transmission gears.

4. Microprocessor control ensures stable system operation. Menu-driven operation is simple and clear.

5. The instrument panel displays the operating status of the dry powder heater, dry powder feeder, solenoid valve controlling water intake, agitator, etc., as well as the prepared chemical volume and concentration. When a fault occurs, fault information is displayed, making it easy for users to identify the cause and resolve the issue promptly.

6. The system automatically alarms and stops operation under conditions such as insufficient water flow, empty powder hopper (no powder), excessive hopper backwashing, empty dissolution tank, damaged agitator motor, or too low concentration.

7. All equipment operations are centrally controlled by a PLC processor, making the entire feeding, water intake, and mixing process fully automatic. This eliminates the need for manual intervention, saving time and effort while ensuring efficiency. The entire device is equipped with flow meters, level sensors, and material level sensors. It outputs alarm signals and automatically stops the system when levels are low.
