Overview

The step grille is primarily used in various water supply and drainage projects. It is a typical fine grille, suitable for applications with shallow well depth and a width not exceeding 2 meters. It features no underwater transmission components, a rational structure, and a long service life.

  Working Principle and Structure

  Mainly composed of a reducer, dynamic grille plates, static grille plates, and an eccentric rotation mechanism. Driven by the reducer, the eccentric rotation mechanism causes the dynamic grille plates to alternately move relative to the static grille plates. This allows intercepted floating debris to be alternately carried by the dynamic and static grille plates, moving upward step by step like climbing stairs until it reaches the discharge port and is removed from the water.
