HGW260 High-Efficiency CNC Composite Gear Grinding Machine

         The HGW260 is a fully CNC-controlled, high-speed, high-efficiency, high-precision, direct-drive composite CNC gear grinding machine that integrates the functions of both worm wheel gear grinders and form wheel gear grinders. It enables fully automated processes such as multi-thread automatic grinding, automatic dressing, and automatic tool setting. The wheel dresser employs a single diamond roller for double-sided dressing, allowing automatic adjustment of the pressure angle. Through automatic tool engagement, it achieves uniform distribution of grinding allowances. The machine utilizes in-phase dressing technology, which enhances wheel dressing accuracy. The dressing position is set below the workpiece clamping position, effectively avoiding the impact of dressing debris on clamping precision. The machine adopts a thermally symmetric, high-rigidity, lightweight structural design, contributing to improved stability, machining efficiency, and precision. It is particularly suitable for small-module gears such as automotive gears and pump gears.

         The HGW260 high-speed, high-efficiency 5-axis CNC gear grinding machine supports up to 7-thread grinding functionality. It is capable of processing cylindrical gears with a tip diameter of less than 260 mm, a tooth width of less than 200 mm, a module of less than 4, and a weight of less than 50 kg (including fixtures).
