HGW160 High-Efficiency CNC Composite Gear Grinding Machine

           The HGW160 high-efficiency CNC composite gear grinding machine is a fully CNC-controlled, high-speed, high-efficiency, high-precision, direct-drive 7-axis CNC 5-axis linkage composite gear grinding machine. By replacing the grinding wheel chuck, the machine can switch from high-speed, high-efficiency gear grinding to form grinding functions. The grinding wheel dresser uses a single diamond roller for double-sided dressing, enabling automatic adjustment of the pressure angle. The machine adopts in-phase dressing technology, which facilitates improved grinding wheel dressing accuracy. The dressing position is lower than the workpiece clamping position, effectively avoiding the impact of dressing debris on workpiece clamping accuracy. It is particularly suitable for batch processing of small-module, low-tooth-count gears such as automotive gears, pump gears, and robot reducers.

           The HGW160 high-speed, high-efficiency 5-axis linkage CNC gear grinding machine supports up to 7-head grinding functions. It is a CNC worm wheel grinding machine capable of processing cylindrical gears with a diameter less than 160, tooth width less than 120, module less than 4, and weight less than 50 kg (including fixtures).
