Internal Wall Laser Cladding Technology
Internal wall laser cladding technology is primarily used for laser cladding, repair, welding, and hardening of the inner walls of pipelines, chambers, and mold products. Combined with ultra-high-speed laser cladding technology, it can simultaneously process both the inner and outer walls of products such as oil cylinders and columns.
When performing laser cladding repairs on inner walls, it not only reduces the thickness of the coating, decreases the amount of coating material used, and saves costs but also effectively enhances the wear resistance and anti-biting capability of the inner walls.

Internal wall laser cladding technology can be used to repair worn or corroded parts, such as engine cylinder liners and bushings, to extend the service life of components. Taking the crankshaft journal as an example, direct laser cladding on its surface significantly improves surface quality. For instance, when a laser-cladded journal is used as a shim in a crankshaft for static balance testing, results show that the bending stiffness of the crankshaft increases by 45%, and the working resistance of the crankshaft after static balance testing is only 56% of that before laser treatment.
