Introduction:

The main body of the multi-functional cladding/quenching equipment adopts a six-axis robot design, equipped with a positioner, rotating spindle, tailstock, bracket, and human-machine interface control system, enabling coordinated movement among all components. It features a dual-servo motor-controlled dual-cylinder high-precision powder feeder with heating functionality, ensuring precise powder delivery while preheating and drying the powder. The fully water-cooled cladding/quenching head allows for 24-hour continuous operation. The equipment has a maximum swing diameter of Ø1400mm, a maximum workpiece clamping length of 10,000mm, and a maximum load capacity of 10T. It can perform cladding/quenching on the outer circles and complex surfaces of shaft and disc parts, as well as on inner holes. This equipment can be customized according to customer requirements.
