◆ Overview
The Xin'anjiang brand UHB-ZK series pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered centrifugal pump. The flow-through components are lined with steel-clad ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with a lining thickness of 8-20mm. This material is currently the latest generation of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant engineering plastics for pumps internationally. Its most outstanding advantages include exceptional wear resistance, impact resistance (especially low-temperature impact), creep resistance (environmental stress cracking resistance), and excellent corrosion resistance among all plastics.
◆ Features and Application Range
The pump's characteristics are: it can adapt to various working conditions, such as conveying acidic or alkaline clear liquids or slurries; various corrosive ore slurries in the smelting industry; various dilute acids in the sulfuric acid industry; and various types of wastewater in the environmental protection industry. The pump is both corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, making it widely applicable. Suitable media: sulfuric acid below 80% concentration, nitric acid below 50% concentration, hydrochloric acid of various concentrations, and liquid alkali. It is suitable for both clear liquids and slurries. Operating temperature: -20°C to 80°C (for special requirements, using modified materials can increase this to 105°C). The pump impeller is divided into open and closed types, which can be selected based on media conditions. Sealing is achieved using K-type dynamic sealing.
