Automobile Leaf Spring Performance Testing Machine

The automobile leaf spring rigidity testing machine is mainly composed of the main unit, hydraulic power source, measurement and control system, and computer data acquisition and processing system. The C-frame structure of the main unit is designed for easy loading, unloading, and clamping of test pieces. The main frame is welded with steel plates primarily to enhance the rigidity of the main unit, minimizing deformation and thereby improving displacement detection accuracy.

Industrial control computers are used for control and measurement, allowing testing based on preset displacement and load. It features four testing modes: single-point single-stroke, single-point double-stroke, double-point single-stroke, and double-point double-stroke, which can be selected and invoked by the user as needed.

This testing machine is primarily used as specialized equipment for detecting the stiffness of heavy-duty automobile leaf spring assemblies after pre-compression under specific conditions. It can measure load based on preset arc height or measure arc height based on preset load. Simultaneously, it uses a computer for data acquisition and processing to display stiffness values, and can also plot stiffness characteristic curves on the CRT, store data, and output test reports.
