Properties and Uses: Dioctyl Adipate, abbreviated as DOA (DIOA), is a typical cold-resistant plasticizer. This product offers high plasticizing efficiency and minimal discoloration under heat. It is suitable for various resins, including polyvinyl chloride, vinyl chloride copolymers, polystyrene, and synthetic rubber. It imparts excellent low-temperature flexibility and light resistance to products, along with a good tactile feel. This product is primarily used in cold-resistant agricultural films, frozen food packaging films, wire and cable coatings, artificial leather, sheets, outdoor water pipes, and more. When used in plastisols, it provides low initial viscosity and good viscosity stability. Countries such as the United States, France, Italy, Japan, and the Netherlands permit its use in food packaging materials.
