I. Product Features and Description
The working principle of a dielectric filter (also known as a ceramic filter) is based on the characteristics of ceramic materials and resonance phenomena. By selecting appropriate ceramic materials and designing reasonable resonant cavities, it achieves the filtering of specific signals. The function of a ceramic filter is to eliminate noise and allow useful signals to pass through, with the purpose of separating currents of different frequencies. Due to material limitations, the current frequency range of ceramic filters is approximately 300 MHz to 10 GHz. Ceramic filters are mainly used in circuits such as frequency-selective networks, intermediate frequency tuning, frequency discrimination, and filtering.
Ceramic filters feature high suppression, low insertion loss, high power handling, high Q value, excellent amplitude/frequency and phase/frequency characteristics, high signal-to-noise ratio, good thermal stability, low temperature coefficient, surface mount design, small size, lightweight, convenient soldering, 50Ω impedance matching for input/output, easy cascading, stability and reliability, and suitability for use in temperatures ranging from -55°C to +85°C.

III. Precautions and Applications
Ceramic filters are widely used in base stations, routers, drones, radar, T/R components, RF and microwave systems, Wi-Fi, repeaters, mobile communications, and consumer electronics. During use, ensure that the grounding terminal is well grounded; otherwise, it may affect out-of-band rejection and flatness indicators. When soldering, use the recommended temperature, avoid excessively high temperatures, and do not apply heat for too long. If reflow soldering is used, it is recommended to follow the recommended temperature profile; wave soldering is not advisable. Products should be stored in a warehouse with an ambient temperature of -10°C to 40°C, relative humidity not exceeding 80%, and free from acidic, alkaline, or other harmful gases. During cleaning, avoid immersion; it is recommended to wipe with alcohol.
Our company offers various packaging types of dielectric filters (ceramic filters) for users to choose from, with flexible design and support for customization (input/output forms and外形尺寸 can be designed according to user requirements). Custom ceramic high-pass filters, ceramic low-pass filters, ceramic band-stop filters, and ceramic band-pass filters are available.
