Purpose: Used for placing feeders, pre-staging feeder materials, and storing feeders for turnover to improve production efficiency. Widely used in SMT production workshops for the turnover and placement of feeders. It offers stable placement, free access, and can be moved or fixed at will; 

Material: Processed from high-quality aluminum profile materials, the cart is lightweight, sturdy, and durable. Equipped with four 3-inch universal casters, two with brakes and two swivel, for easy mobility; 

Quality: Assembled using advanced technology, replacing traditional manual welding methods. Features fine cuts, no weld cracks, neatness, and no burrs. The cart remains deformation-free when fully loaded with feeders, offering overall sturdiness, lightness, robustness, and durability; 

Technology: Feeder positioning plates are made from stamped and perforated steel plates, following the same placement principle as the FEEDER platform of placement machines. It achieves four-point positioning, with a large arc design at the top to avoid sharp edges. The design includes two layers, ensuring stability and aesthetics when feeders are installed. Equipped with grounding chains for effective anti-static protection; 

FEEDER Cart Features: The FEEDER cart is processed from high-quality aluminum profile materials, making it sturdy, lightweight, durable, and flexible. The entire feeder placement platform uses manual welding technology and is installed with anti-static drag chains. It can be moved freely and features brake mechanisms. With two layers, it can hold up to 80 feeders. Widely used in SMT production workshops for the turnover and placement of FEEDERS, it ensures stable placement and free access, significantly enhancing work efficiency. Made from stainless steel and aluminum profiles. 

Storage Capacity: Two layers in total, each holding 40 feeders, with the entire cart accommodating 80 feeders.
