1.Overview:

The JCP series grape destemmer and crusher products are newly developed by our company, incorporating advanced technologies from similar machines in France and Italy, and tailored to the conditions of our country. They can produce large models with a capacity of 2-50 tons per hour.

2.Performance Features:

1.Spiral quantitative feeding, destemming first then crushing

2.Both the destemming shaft and the destemming rotating screen can achieve stepless speed variation (now granted a utility model patent, Patent No.: ZL2001 2 004425803), adaptable to processing various grape varieties, with minimal grape loss in the stems discharged from the machine.

3.The crushing device is located below the destemming rotating screen. The crushing rollers are made of highly elastic non-toxic rubber. The crushing device is connected to the main body via a quick-open mechanism, with a crushing rate above 93%.

4.The pulp transfer pump is a single screw pump, installed below the crushing device, with a feed hopper equipped with a liquid level control device.

The rotating screen has an aperture of 28 mm. If the grape berries are too large or too small, please specify when ordering.
