Glucose

 Industrial glucose, also known as total sugar or dextrose, is a solid block glucose produced from starch or rice as raw materials through enzymatic liquefaction by amylase, saccharification by glucoamylase, and refined concentration. The block glucose is then cut and dried into glucose powder, also referred to as total sugar powder or dextrose powder. It appears as a white solid block with a sweet taste. The solid content is ≥80%, and the DE value is ≥95. This product is used in industries such as chemical engineering and microbial fermentation.
