Purpose and Features of Pulverized Coal Fluidization Device The pulverized coal fluidized conveyor is a key equipment for pulverized coal conveying. It is installed at the lower part of the injection tank. Its main material is liquid diffusion metal mesh plate, and an internal gas equalizer is provided to ensure uniform air flow distribution in the entire fluidized bed, improve the fluidization effect of pulverized coal, and realize the conveying of pulverized coal.
Point-type fluidizers (cone fluidizers, fluidization nozzles, fluidizer spray nozzles) are flow-assisting components in the process of discharging powder materials from silos. They are also one of the important parts of the blast furnace pulverized coal injection system, playing a very important role in the pulverized coal injection system. They are installed at multiple points on the cone part of the injection tank (pulverized coal silo), the dead corners of the powder silo and the powder conveying pipeline, to prevent pulverized coal from caking and make the pulverized coal fluidized. In the blast furnace pulverized coal injection system, they help maintain the fluidized state of pulverized coal.
Air is introduced to fluidize the powder material through the porous plate, increasing its fluidity and preventing bridging so that the material can be discharged smoothly. They are evenly installed on the cone part of the injection tank (pulverized coal silo) and the dead corners of the powder silo and powder conveying pipeline, preventing pulverized coal from adhering to the inner wall of the injection tank (pulverized coal silo), caking and arching, and making the pulverized coal fluidized.
