Xiangye Pagoda-shaped Fluidization Disc: The bin pump fluidization plate dedicated to power plant pneumatic conveying systems is a pagoda-shaped powder fluidization disc used for powder pneumatic conveying. It is a conveying bin pump equipped with a pagoda-shaped fluidization disc, including a pump body with a feed inlet at the top and an air inlet at the bottom. The bottom of the pump body is fixed with a pagoda-shaped fluidization disc through a connecting piece, which includes discs arranged sequentially from top to bottom. The powder conveying pump fluidizes the material in the pump body through the pagoda-shaped fluidization disc, and compressed air drives the fluidized material to be conveyed outward. While supplementing air, the conical annular airflow cuts and fluidizes the material, which further fluidizes and accelerates the material in the pipeline, thereby achieving the purpose of long-distance material conveying.
The lower surface of the canvas fluidization disc body is welded with a bottom plate. A circular ring is welded on the outer periphery of the upper end of the fluidization disc body, and an annular groove is opened on the upper surface of the circular ring. A connecting surface integrally formed with the fluidization disc body is provided on the outer periphery of the circular ring. Canvas is arranged inside the fluidization disc body, and the outer surface of the canvas is in contact with the inner wall of the fluidization disc body. The outer surface of the canvas is bonded and fixed with the outer surface of the rectangular protrusion. A fixture is fixedly installed in the middle of the outer surface of the rectangular protrusion, and the canvas is fixed with the rectangular protrusion through the fixture. It includes a fluidization disc body, canvas, and a bottom plate.
