Fluidized plate and fluidized disc are made of multi-layer metal woven wire mesh as raw materials. Through processes such as specially designed lamination, composite pressing, and vacuum (or protective atmosphere) sintering, the fluidized plate is successfully prepared. Xiangye Pagoda-style fluidized disc is a kind of bin pump fluidized plate specially used in power plant pneumatic conveying systems. This fluidized disc adopts a pagoda-shaped design, with discs arranged from top to bottom. The powder conveying pump fluidizes the materials in the pump body through the pagoda-style fluidized disc, and the compressed air drives the fluidized materials to be conveyed outward. While supplementing air, due to the dual effects of the conical annular air flow cutting and fluidizing the materials, the materials in the pipeline are further fluidized and accelerated, thus achieving the purpose of long-distance conveying.
The lower surface of the fluidized disc body is welded to the bottom plate, and a ring is welded to the outer periphery of the upper end. An annular groove is designed on the upper surface of the ring. The outer periphery of the ring is integrally formed and connected with the structure with canvas inside the fluidized disc body. The outer surface of the canvas is in close contact with the inner wall of the fluidized disc body and is bonded and fixed to the outer surface of the rectangular protrusion. A fixture is installed in the middle of the outer surface of the rectangular protrusion to fix the canvas. The whole structure includes parts such as the fluidized disc body, canvas, and bottom plate, which together form the complete structure of the Xiangye Pagoda-style fluidized disc.
