Fluidization Artifact
In the field of pulverized coal conveying, the pulverized coal fluidized conveyor plays a pivotal role. This "fluidization artifact" is a key device for pulverized coal transportation, just like the silent yet extremely crucial combustion-supporting wind. It is hidden in the lower part of the injection tank and exerts its effect quietly.
I. Its Purpose and Characteristics
This artifact is the wing for transporting pulverized coal. It is mainly made of liquid special diffusion metal mesh plate, and is equipped with a gas equalizer inside, ensuring that the air flow distribution in the fluidized bed is uniform and complete. As a result, the pulverized coal can be better fluidized, making its transportation work more convenient.

III. Various Forms to Adapt to Different Processes
According to the process requirements of pulverized coal conveying, this artifact is divided into two forms: "upper discharge" and "lower discharge".
1. SLH-type Upper Discharge Fluidization Device
This device is a combination of an integrated type and a split bed type, designed specifically for the upper discharge of the coal injection tank. No matter what flange standard and specification, it can be customized as needed to flexibly cope with different requirements.
2. XLH-type Lower Discharge Fluidization Device
This is a fluidization device designed for the discharge at the lower part of the pulverized coal bin. It has a wide range of production specifications, with the coal inlet ranging from DN1000 to DN400 and the coal outlet extending from DN600 to DN1500. It can meet any requirements.
IV. Fluidization and Injection Technology for Metallurgical Blast Furnaces
In the pulverized coal injection of metallurgical blast furnaces, there is another fluidization injection device that is particularly remarkable. It adopts 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate, on which the long strip-shaped slits are arranged in a cross shape and perpendicular to the center line. The slit gap is only 0.5mm, the length is about 20mm, and the spacing is 10mm. After being chamfered at 1×45°, compressed air can be concentrated in the center of the fluidization injection device, enhancing the suspended fluidization effect of pulverized coal, making the flow of pulverized coal smoother and ensuring the stability of pulverized coal injection. This innovative design greatly improves the working efficiency and effect of the fluidization injection device.
Such a fluidization artifact is truly a sharp tool for industrial transportation, being both efficient and stable, and can be regarded as a treasure of the industry.
