pulverized coal distributor
Other Products
Pulverized coal distributors, as key equipment in the ironmaking coal injection system, come in a wide variety of types, including angle-lift type, bottle type, and disc type. Each type of distributor is carefully designed for different working conditions.
1. YFPQ Angle-Lift Type Pulverized Coal Distributor
This distributor is an ideal choice for the single-pipe pulverized coal conveying system for ironmaking coal injection. It can evenly distribute the pulverized coal for multi-pipe injection in front of the blast furnace, effectively meeting the needs of various working scenarios. Its outlet can be flexibly divided into 6 to 35 pipes, with three pipe diameter options of 15, 20, and 25, and it adopts two connection methods: flange and threaded interface, facilitating installation and maintenance.
2. PFPQ Bottle Type Pulverized Coal Distributor
With its unique structure and design, the bottle type pulverized coal distributor also plays an important role in the pulverized coal conveying system. Its specific features and advantages will be introduced in detail later.
3. PSFPQ Disc Type Pulverized Coal Distributor
As important equipment in the blast furnace pulverized coal injection system, the disc type pulverized coal distributor is responsible for evenly distributing and conveying pulverized coal to the tuyeres of the blast furnace.
About product description and structural features:
The new type of pulverized coal distributor developed by our company is developed based on the advantages of various previous types of distributors and combined with foreign new technologies. This new type of pulverized coal distributor adopts a cone design, and it is already an upgraded product of the old bottle type, disc type, and spherical type distributors. Different from traditional disc type and bottle type distributors, its branch pipes adopt a horizontal distribution method. In the coal injection system, pulverized coal is conveyed through air flow with a certain pressure, which often causes large wear and tear on the equipment. However, our product is designed to address the various shortcomings of previous products.
The pulverized coal distributor is mainly composed of a main pipe, a main body (including cone type, disc type, and bottle type), and various branch pipes. The branch pipes are evenly distributed above the main body. For the cone type design, the branch pipes adopt an angle-lift distribution (such as 90 degrees or 120 degrees). The coal injection branch pipes (such as No. 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18) are evenly distributed around the upper part of the distributor main body. The lower end of the distributor is connected to one end of the coal conveying main pipe, while the branch pipes on the upper part of the distributor are connected to each pulverized coal lance. From the above description, it is not difficult to see that the new type of pulverized coal distributor from our company has significant advantages in performance, structure, and practicality, and is your ideal choice.
