Made from multi-layer metal woven wire mesh as raw material, the fluidization plate is precisely manufactured through special lamination design, composite pressing, and precision processes such as vacuum (or protective atmosphere) sintering. The fluidization disc is equipped with a pump body, with a feed inlet at the top and an air inlet at the bottom, and the bottom of the pump body is fixed with a pagoda-style fluidization disc through a connector.
The discs are arranged from top to bottom in sequence. Through the function of the pagoda-style fluidization disc, the materials in the pump body are effectively fluidized. Compressed air drives the fluidized materials to be transported outward. Meanwhile, under the dual cutting and fluidization effects of supplementary air and conical annular air flow, the materials in the pipeline achieve further fluidization and acceleration, thus successfully realizing the purpose of long-distance material transportation. This fluidization disc is made of precision-machined steel wear-resistant rings, stacked in a pagoda-style in multiple layers, and then connected and combined with fasteners. The stacking width is greater than 30mm, and the stacking gap is less than 0.8mm, ensuring that the flow passage is larger than the required cross-section. Due to its large stacking surface, the natural repose angle formed by the powder in the pump body makes it difficult for the powder to enter the fluidization disc. When the bin pump is started, air is ejected from the side gaps of the multi-layer stacked steel rings, efficiently fluidizing the powder in the pump.
