      In the drawing, we present a jujube-shaped ball valve with a unique appearance. Distinguished by shape, there are two types of ball valves: one is jujube-shaped, and the other is square. Both forms of ball valves have been widely applied in domestic steel enterprises. They are installed on the straight tuyere of blast furnaces, serving the important task of connecting the coal injection lance. When the coal injection lance is inserted into the blast furnace, the ball valve opens; when the coal injection lance is pulled out from the blast furnace tuyere, the steel ball inside the ball valve automatically closes under the action of the pressure in the blast furnace and its own gravity, ensuring that the hot gas in the furnace does not escape.

       The secret to this automatic control lies in the precise design of the ball valve. When the coal injection lance is inserted into the blast furnace tuyere from the inner hole of the quick-install chuck seat of the ball valve, the steel ball inside the ball valve is pushed up by the lance, and then a quick connection is achieved with the sealing packing on the coal injection lance through the quick-install chuck.        It is particularly worth mentioning that the steel ball and sealing seat of our Type -3 ball valve are detachable, which brings great convenience for daily inspection, replacement and maintenance. Through the design of the spherical pulverized coal atomizing disc and the flow gap of the pulverized coal airflow, the pulverized coal airflow is ejected in an umbrella shape, forming an atomized pulverized coal flow. These tiny pulverized coal flows instantly mix with the hot blast of the blast furnace, which not only improves the combustion rate of pulverized coal, but also enhances the mixing ratio of pulverized coal and blast furnace hot blast.
