Innovative Applications of Fluidization Plates and Pagoda-style Fluidization Discs
In pulverized coal conveying systems, the fluidization plate (or fluidization disc) plays a crucial role. It is typically ingeniously installed above the fluidizer at the bottom of the injection tank or inside the fluidizer at the base of the coal powder silo. When gas passes through the fluidization plate, it fully and uniformly mixes with the coal powder bed, forming a unique fluidized solid-gas mixture that significantly facilitates the efficient long-distance transportation of pulverized coal.
The core advantage of this fluidization plate lies in its use of high-performance sintered stainless steel mesh crafted with cutting-edge technology. This material not only boasts excellent high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance but also demonstrates exceptional mechanical strength and rigidity, ensuring long-lasting equipment durability. Additionally, its high pore precision and uniform airflow distribution minimize resistance losses. In practical applications, the design of the fluidization plate is highly flexible, offering both fixed welded structures for stability and movable options (secured by bolts) for convenient installation. Particularly noteworthy are the fluidization plates made from approximately 3mm thick 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plates. Their circular surfaces feature meticulously arranged elongated slits forming a cross-shaped structure, with these slits perpendicular to the central crossline, precisely controlled to a gap of 0.5mm, a length of about 20mm, and a spacing of 10mm. The lower edges of the slits are chamfered at 1×45°, a design that allows compressed air to act more concentratedly on the central part of the fluidization injection device, significantly enhancing the suspension and fluidization of pulverized coal. This ensures smooth and stable coal powder injection, greatly optimizing the operational efficiency of the fluidization injection device.
Furthermore, the fluidization plate is meticulously crafted using multi-layer metal woven mesh as raw material, through advanced processes such as precise lamination design, composite pressing, and vacuum (or protective atmosphere) sintering. This not only preserves the advantages of simple pore structure and uniform mesh size found in ordinary metal woven meshes but also overcomes drawbacks like low strength, poor integrity, and unstable mesh shape. By flexibly adjusting the material's pore size, permeability, and mechanical strength, the fluidization plate demonstrates exceptional comprehensive performance.
