Fluidization plate

      Fluidization plates are categorized into stainless steel fluidization discs, pagoda-type fluidization discs, and canvas fluidization plates.  

      Fluidization plates, also known as fluidization discs or gasification plates, are used in purification filtration, separation and recovery of solid particles, dispersion cooling in extreme high-temperature environments, airflow distribution control, pneumatic conveying, gas sampling, enhanced mass and heat transfer, and flame retardancy and explosion prevention.

       Xiangye Pagoda-Type Fluidization Disc, a specialized silo pump fluidization plate for power plant pneumatic conveying systems, is a pagoda-type powder fluidization disc used for powder pneumatic conveying. A conveying silo pump equipped with a pagoda-type fluidization disc includes a pump body with a feed inlet at the top and an air inlet at the bottom. The bottom of the pump body is fixed with a pagoda-type fluidization disc via connectors, consisting of discs arranged from top to bottom. The powder conveying pump fluidizes the material inside the pump through the pagoda fluidization disc, with compressed air carrying the fluidized material for outward conveyance. While supplementing air, the conical annular airflow cuts and fluidizes the material, achieving further fluidization and acceleration within the pipeline, thereby enabling long-distance material conveying.

      The lower surface of the canvas fluidization plate body is welded with a base plate, and the outer periphery of the upper end of the fluidization disc body is welded with a ring. The upper surface of the ring is provided with an annular groove, and the outer periphery of the ring is integrally formed with a connecting surface. The interior of the fluidization disc body is equipped with canvas, and the outer surface of the canvas is in contact with the inner wall of the fluidization disc body. The outer surface of the canvas is adhesively fixed to the outer surface of rectangular protrusions. The middle part of the outer surface of the rectangular protrusions, located outside the canvas, is fixed with clamps, and the canvas is secured to the rectangular protrusions via these clamps. It includes the fluidization disc body, canvas, and base plate.
