It has a thickness of approximately 3mm, with cleverly designed elongated slits on the circular surface arranged in a cross pattern perpendicular to the central cross line. Additionally, through ingenious chamfering treatment, the lower edge of the slits is cut into a 1×45° bevel, allowing compressed air to concentrate at the center of the fluidization blowing device, thereby enhancing the suspension and fluidization effect of pulverized coal.
This design not only provides strong support for newly built blowing systems but can also be easily integrated into the modification of existing blowing systems. It not only improves the flow performance of pulverized coal within the blowing tank but also ensures the stability of coal powder blowing, significantly enhancing the operational effectiveness of the fluidization blowing device.
At the same time, the fluidization plate is made from multi-layer metal woven wire mesh as the raw material, meticulously prepared through unique processes such as special lamination design, composite pressing, and vacuum (or protective atmosphere) sintering. It not only inherits the advantages of simple pore structure from ordinary metal woven wire mesh but also overcomes its shortcomings such as low strength and poor integrity. Its pore size is uniform, the mesh shape is stable, and it can flexibly match and design the pore size, permeability, and mechanical strength of the material.
