Our ball valve, Liaocheng spray gun check valve, is ingeniously designed with a compact structure, excellent airtightness, high pressure resistance, low failure rate, and economic practicality. This valve is designed to provide stable and reliable assurance for the connection between the blast furnace tuyere and the coal injection lance during the pulverized coal injection process. When the coal injection lance is inserted into the blast furnace, the ball valve opens, allowing smooth injection of pulverized coal; when the lance needs to be withdrawn, the ball inside the valve automatically closes under the combined action of the furnace pressure and its own gravity, effectively preventing the escape of hot gas from the furnace.

       Among the various ball valves, the date-pit-shaped ball valve and the square ball valve are the most common and are widely used in the blast furnace pulverized coal injection systems of domestic steel enterprises. The internal structures of these two types of ball valves are meticulously designed, making them easy to install, disassemble, inspect, replace, and maintain. Among them, the -3 type ball valve allows both the steel ball and the sealing seat to be disassembled and inspected according to user requirements.

Among our developments, the arc-swirl spray wheel for blast furnace pulverized coal injection stands out with its unique technical solution. This spray wheel consists of a coal injection pipe and a lance head, with the top of the lance head featuring a unique spherical pulverized coal atomization disk. A cleverly designed gap for coal powder airflow is set between the atomization disk and the end of the lance pipe, allowing the coal powder airflow to be分流 by the atomization disk and ejected in an umbrella shape, forming an atomized pulverized coal flow.

  
      This design enables the fine atomized pulverized coal flow to instantly mix with the blast furnace hot air, achieving excellent combustion效果, thereby improving the combustion rate of pulverized coal and the mixing ratio of pulverized coal with blast furnace hot air.
