The injection tank, also known as the pulverized coal injection tank, is a typical example of an internal pressure vessel. Its structure is ingeniously composed of elliptical or dished heads, a cylindrical straight section, a conical lower head, supports, manholes, and other components. While adhering to standard design specifications, its design pressure must be adjusted according to actual working conditions. Particularly when injecting bituminous coal, the design pressure needs to be appropriately increased to ensure safety.

The injection system is constructed from various types of injection tank groups, along with bell valves, fluidization devices, and other components.
